A estimate of 1.3  million adults are currently living under Guardianship or conservator with courts control about 50 billion of asset. Wards of state facility takes check  for their care and they not even eating, bills paid, proper health care and  clothing NEGLECTED the right to be treated as human being. As long horror stories of treatment and daily neglect and unthinkable exploitation with no investigation on abuse of Guardian the death rate will rise. The percentage will double to lack of concern for elderly as well children. If this isn't address citizen will continue to be abused, hungry,lost of dignity for which they should be protected as citizens. 

As Public service, healthcare worker you take a oath provide services to care for individual with professionalism , current on  state requirements, CPR, HIPPA etc to . It's mental challenging as a worker short staffed,feeling bad because of abandonment of ward watching their life vanished due traumatized  neglect hungry no clothes that's guardian job is to Provide for ward  You required by law to be report abuse it's never addressed when trying to report as required it's brush off.
