FUREVER FAMILY LAW!!!

We need to be more responsible human beings… Sadly we need to pass a law to help pets… 

Microchipping our dogs and cats may be the only responsible solution in having people stop dumping pets… I am not saying there isn’t reasons a dog or cat would need to be rehomed or having shelters or rescues involved YET That is still staying responsible of our pets lives…

Too many people are dumping dogs and cats and without a care in the world…

It’s sad that I even have to write this… Having Animals Microchipped by law with hefty fines and imprisonment may help in so many ways… This isn’t going to be an instant fix YET in a few years this would help pets all over our beautiful state and country. Dogs and cats microchipped information cannot just be deleted or fake names in which companies and state would have to verify. Many excellent breeders already do so yet ALL Breeders would have to microchip as part of the state and future federal law. This would have veterinarians immediately involved in a pet’s care, lowering costs of microchipping. I am not a fan of government overreach yet people are dumping, abandoning and leaving their pets to die with no remorse. 

This sounds a little crazy to me yet the rescues, shelters state and private are full… Almost 1 MILLION Pets are being euthanized every year. I believe these numbers to be much higher…

According to the ASPCA, approximately 920,000 dogs and cats are euthanized in US animal shelters every year, with around 390,000 being dogs and 530,000 being cats. 

Total animals entering shelters: Around 6.3 million companion animals enter US shelters annually.

Let’s stand together now to help end this travesty of human neglect and start saving animals lives from irresponsible abandonment!!!
