We the undersigned are opposed to the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Change application to permit the development of 12 freehold townhouse units, 3 storeys in height, on a proposed new private road located at 11A York Street as indicated in application OPZ-2023-1. We ask the Town of Orangeville not to approve these changes.
