In regards to the agreement between Stoke on Trent City Council and Solarplicity; branded the Community Energy Scheme. By signing this petition, I agree that the individual who visited me on behalf of Solarplicity has done one of the following actions: A, has not disclosed information about a 25 year old contract that I am entering into; B, has not disclosed that I am signing a Change of Tenancy document; or C, has mislead me to believe that I am signing the device to allow solar panel installation survey to be completed as per instruction from Stoke on Trent City Council. This petition is to be presented as evidence of large scale unfair activity from Solarplicity and to request Stoke on Trent City Council to intervene and review the evidence to create additional support for affected tenants. The additional support would allow affected tenants the right to have their Change of Tenancy document reversed fully and ongoing support with the 25 year contract from Stoke on Trent City Council.
