There is so much talk about what to do with sex offenders and where they should live. Money is wasted rounding them up when they fail to report. I don't want them living near me or my kids school, so just keep them. Lock them up and throw away the key as far as I'm concerned. We don't need to classify them as level such and such, rating them on their likelihood of re-offending if they are never released before adequate treatment.
