Allow neighbours to vet prospective tenants #residentsrights

The Issue

The quality of life for permanent residents can be negatively affected by dysfunctional tenants. The psychological and economical distress that this can cause to honest tax payers is unacceptable. After witnessing the decline of the area I live in and being mugged outside my house, I would like to try and prevent in some small way, other people sharing these or similar experiences.

“ken the law does niot inhibit vetting of householders just as if you sell your house there is no way your neighbours can block your sale there are some actions under asb can be taken suggest you call to one of advise centres we can chat through”
