Plastic Bags are killing our marine life.  Millions of animals are dying and 160,000 bags are being consumed each second and it is very possible for an animals to die from just one bag.  I understand that it may make like the smallest bit harder if we ban them but we should not be killing animals fro our convinence.  If you are a dog or cat owner and are hesitant to sign because of your pet, you can buy paper bags for your dogs and some types of cat litter is flushable.  If you would like to do something about the millions of dying animals please sign.
