Our oceans are the planets lifeblood. We have all had a hand in the destruction and degradation of this important, integral, and beautiful part of our earth. Supporting and working toward the creation of an increased number of ocean hope zones is the very least we can do to remedy some of the damage we have done and create hope for future generations of earth's inhabitants. These zones create areas in the ocean which are protected, similar to our terrestrial national parks. This protection maintains/encourages preservation of biodiversity and lowers our impact on these areas.
