Park Circle has a brand new wine bar called Accent on Wine. The residents are very excited about this new addition to our community. We are asking and encouraging you to change your concept and business plan of opening another wine bar only a few doors down from Accent on Wine. Our small neighborhood doesn't need another wine bar. We do however need and want a diversity of new businesses. And there are so many options! Please consider the requests of our residents and the newly opened local businesses of this close knit and supportive community.
