Cyberpunk 2077 is a partially finished, buggy and generally terrible playthrough that:

1. Did not deliver on promises of game features.
2. Is poorly optimised for play on any console.
3. Has to many bugs to count.
4. Was rushed out to make the holiday season.
5. Has been removed from the Playstation Play Store.

Sony are giving full refunds. They have even removed it from their store due to it's condition. They expect better.

Microsoft are offering full refunds, regardless of play time.

Why is Steam not showing some corporate responsibility and following suit to show CDPR that we will not accept a game in this condition, clearly not how it was advertised or supposed to be released. This game was forced out in a half built state.

We implore Steam to reconsider their policy on refunds and offer at least a refund for the game, regardless of play time.
