This is what we were told on their website of the game about the capability of the servers.

Mortal Online 2 is an Massive Multiplayer Online(MMO) Survival game that came out in 26 of January 2022.

Once you purchase the game you are told that the servers can hold up to 100k players.

Sadly this is not the case at all, after you buy the game you are entering a never ending queue that lasts forever with no queue line numbers and zero information about when you can actually get into the game servers, you cannot leave the tutorial map and furthermore  they ( the developers) are not even trying to assist anyone to get into the main game.

Some people tried all the methods in the world and nothing works, while the developers of the game keeps lying to everybody that they try to fix it while it is obvious that they are not really trying to fix anything, this is a scheme one hundred percent.

The first game which came out FIFTEEN YEARS ago had the same exact problems and issues, and since and then they did not fix ANY of those issues, that is a HUGE red light.

so in quick math.

approximately 10k people bought the game, price is around 30 euros, that is 30x10k=300k euros into their pockets.

Steam has a policy that if you play a game more then 2 hours you cannot refund the game, sadly this game  bait you like a fish into believing the queue is real so you will wait more then 2 hours, and after that you cannot refund the game anymore.

I hope this petition will be successful so we can refund the game.

Please sign so this thing will NEVER EVER happened again.

Very important to note, in their discord or steam forums they try to silent and ban every single person who try to get a refund or try to be "negative" about the whole situation. 

The fact that this game got out of what is so called "early access" or even alpha stage makes steam and the gaming industry a place you cannot trust in anymore.
