* Stateside Streeters has been hosting the Great USA Day car show for 30 years in Dunedin as a public display on sports fields with no damage noted or complaints lodged.

* Proceeds after costs are donated to local charities.. For fundraising to be successful we need a large fenced-in area so that entrants can be controlled and charged.

* The event attracts between 200 to 250 American vehicles from around the South Island and at our most recent event in March, we had over $10 million dollars of privately owned cars on display.

* The event is most suited to a grassed location as the cars photograph well with the contrast of the grass. Also parents and children who attend enjoy the park atmosphere.
