I have known Mr. Brubaker personally and can attest to his character and positive contributions to the community.

I believe Mr. Brubaker has shown genuine remorse and taken responsibility for his actions.

I believe Mr. Brubaker’s conduct since the incident that led to his conviction demonstrates rehabilitation and good conduct.

I believe that a reduced or alternative sentence would better serve justice in this case.
