Due to your continued support, last night's community information hearing was well attended. We can only hope that Loudoun Water's Board of Directors and Chairman Johnny Rocca can establish goodwill and leadership within their community. A simple open door and open mind policy can set this PR catastrophe right with Loudoun County residents. These board of directors members are primary decision makers and they have the power to align Loudoun Water with the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries and Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority whose expertise is in park and recreation management. If they refuse or stonewall these efforts, I think it's time we, the citizens, work to replace Loudoun Water's Board of Directors and Chairman Johnny Rocca, whom was absent from last night's meeting (cheers to the one board of director, Martin Sultan for hearing our voice last night).
