I have seen first hand the damage the court system has done to a child and their father by making them just a visitor IF they are lucky enough to have visitation.  They do not uphold court orders when custodial parent violates them.  It's sick when attorney after attorney tells you don't waste your money the courts don't look at PAS and forget about filing a contempt of court because the judge won't do anything.  Father's are left homeless, penniless, and withheld from their children.  They were good enough to help bare them but suddenly are accused of being abusive and not worthy to be a part of the child's life except as an ATM.  The courts worry more about a dad not paying child support then a mother withholding visitation, filing false claims, and not following court orders. 

At least 15 men a day kill themselves because of our court systems.  I believe if we put a cap on child support we may see less PAS.  They do it for money and retaliation.  In the end it's child abuse and kills their little hearts and pulls families apart even further.  Help them please!  Check out the numerous alienation sites on facebook alone!  Time for our representatives to help stop the corrupt court systems!  You will have huge support if we can get someone to listen!  Make the change. 

Child support shouldn't exceed 50% custody since when the child was made it was agreed upon by both. By not limiting this, the custodial parent throws out alienation to get more time with the child to gain more income.  They have no motive to work or work under the table like in our case.  It is a proven fact a child prospers with both parents in their lives! There are millions of father's wanting to be in their lives and denied by our own legal system!  Help them please!
