It is unjust that countless innocent pets die because of our negligence. So i want to ask this community and our senator alike to stand behind this petition to turn the Rio Grande Valley into a "No Kill Zone". It would not only spare the lives of innocent animals but would also foster the need to educate the public on the importance of propperly careing for our four legged companions. They, like children, deserve to be raised and cared for lovingly and responsibly. If we can educate ourselves to do this then we can ensure that our pets can live their lives fully and happily.
