My name is Carnell Jones  I'm 30 years old & I've been incarcerated for 9 years for a crime that i did not committee. There are four CPD employees that are involved in two cases that merge into one, who have been under investigation for acts of impropriety utilizing their badge to violate me & others civil liberties. Their improper tactics includes fabricating evidence, destroying evidence, coercing witness to testify falsely via violence & treats of jail time. Officer Brandon smith badge #7872 & officer Dennis Hubert badge #12488 put a gun case on me simply because they couldn't control a party that occurred on private property where i was an overnight guess. another individual suspect#2 then tried attempting  to the responsibility for the gun. they claimed officers smith saw me posing for a photo holding two guns, then that they located a picture with me holding the guns. CPD admitted on transcripts that they destroyed this alleged photo. So i was held until ballistics returned on a weapon found at the house where the party occurred. tests were clear that one of the weapons shot on the murder scene. since i allegedly just attempted to hide the guns that were found, one would expect that my DNA and prints right? Wrong there is no way to physically attach me to either of those weapons. So now I'm here with a 70 years sentence because of a gun i allegedly tossed in a washing machine that officer smith found minutes later. An eye-witness to the murder stated that he never seen me twice the night of the murder & at my bench trail. The trail judge stated on the record that the states material witness was a lie and to top it off the gun charges were dropped. detective Marco Garcia badge #21408 built a case against me on murder and attempt murder, without DNA: fingerprints: a positive identification: a confession: or surveillance evidence. these two detective utilized a unlawful detention fourth amendment violation to secure an indictment for murder & attempt murder. 

I am in direct need of assistance with this case, all aforementioned CPD employees misconduct is public records. My trail was riddled with 33 errors of prosecutor-ail misconduct & 18 committed by my attorneys as well. i seek liberation or at the very least a new trail see people v CARNELL JONES case#11CR17785-02
