WHAT IS JUSTICE WHEN IT IS CLEARLY OVERLOOKED BY A LACK OF UNFAIRNESS? We would like to assume that we live in a country in which, “Justice For All” would be a top priority that’s governed by the laws & rights of “ALL” United States Citizens! Even when it comes to criminal cases. This is my cry for my cousin because his situation continues to be swept under the rug. For me, I’ve never had any form of training for criminal law but after my cousin constantly telling me that the stop in his case was in fact “ILLEGAL “. He went on telling me how the unlawful stop of the vehicle he was operating constituted to a Fourth Amendment violation.

Throughout the continuation of my cousin’s breakdown of case law, statutes & facts of this issue, I made it my business to look into & study the information on my own & from my observation concerning search & seizures or traffic stops without probable cause or even reasonable suspicion, in all actuality, my cousin is in fact being illegally detained. I’ve also had his information reviewed by legal experts & they all agree that my cousin’s arrest should have been ruled illegal the first time it was presented in court.
