State Courts, Municipal Courts, Law Enforcement Agencies and Law Enforcement Training Services Representatives following activities of:

Criminalizing behaviors or actions where there are no victims pursuant to traffic laws, and public safety; relating to traveling on highways and roadways excluding commercial activities; or going about your daily activities based on opinions and profiling about public safety, wellbeing, and health;

Illegal criminal acts that does not have an identifiable victim, also known as crimes against the state that does not harm nor damage society, property, or person;

That victimizes the public, the laws are meant to protect;

Training processes that fail to provide law enforcement with the knowledge and skills to perform their work in a way that is safe for them, their co-workers, and the public fails to include instructions and guidelines to properly identify hazards, report them, and deal with incidents relating to unarmed victims were excessive force is utilized, and the causation of injuries, damages, and death, shocking the human senses.

The causation of fines, investigations, arrest, convictions, jail time, criminal records, and the opportunities of job loss, and housing loss for years to come;

These activities are in violations of legal rights protected by the Constitution, Vienna Convention on Consular Relations (VCCR), and Treaty law.
