1.We,the student's of diploma/polytechnic colleges beg to state that our winter semester examination is scheduled for 2nd - 8th March .The mode of the examination is offline as per the decision made by the Sctevt Board,Odisha.

2.Therefore, considering the due to COVID-19 situation our syllabus has not yet been completed. Most of our pratical session were also not conducted due to which we have no idea regarding the same.

3.Due to these reasons we are unable to appear for the offline examination. So We humbly request you to conduct our exams in online mode. We assure you that we will follow all the necessary guidelines and rules in the online examination.

4.Therefore,we request you to conduct the online examination for this academic year for which act of your kindness we shall highly obliged.We hope for a positive response from your side.

5.  So it's our demand to conduct the Diploma Winter Semester Examination (1st/3rd/5th) in Online Mode.
