Why this petition matters

Started by Justice for Brandon, Damion & Keven

On the night of July 17, 2020 in the small, quiet community of Frostproof, Florida, a brutal murder occurred. Brandon Rollins, Keven Springfield and Damion Tillman were meeting up to go fishing at Streety Lake. A normal night, the guys got together every other night or so and went fishing or hog hunting. But this night of fishing, turned into horrific tragedy. Tony Wiggins, Jr(TJ), his brother William Robert Wiggins(Robert) and TJ’s girlfriend Mary Whittemore followed Damion to Streety Lake, after hearing Damion exchange conversation with the store clerk at Dollar General, that he was meeting Brandon and Keven to go fishing. TJ murdered these guys, supposedly over a truck motor that Keven supposedly fixed and sold. That is not a solid motive. Although he had been shot multiple times, Brandon was able to call his father and ask for help. The scene of horror and brutality can only lead ones mind to imagine what these guys endured in their last moments.

TJ has already been indicted by a Grand Jury on 3 charges of 1st degree premeditated murder.

We are aware Brian Haas, the State Attorney of the 10th Judicial Circuit of Florida and leading Assistant State Attorney, Mark Levine have filed notice to seek death penalty in the case against TJ Wiggins. We come now in good faith showing our support for this decision.

Brandon, Damion and Keven were taken from their families in a horrific manner and for a senseless reason. They deserve justice to be served to the utmost capacity. Please sign the petition and help us encourage the State Attorney to seek the death penalty in this horrific case.
