Several individuals have already filed a lawsuit against Rapsheetz.com and BailbondSearch.com. These websites have posted hundreds of thousands of mugshots of individuals, and refuse to remove them for any reason at all. Never charged with a crime? Charges dismissed? Too bad... they don't care. 

We are looking into escalating the lawsuit and turning it into a class action. There is strength in numbers, and these websites are trying to ruin people's lives with no regard for how it affects them. 

Alongside our lawsuit, we would like to submit this petition with its signatures to the Attorney General in hopes of getting their attention and positively affecting changes in the law.

Let us take our lives back! We are good people. Mistakes happen, and there is no reason someone should be profiting off of us in this way. Especially when you were never even convicted of a crime!
