For the safety of all children riding these buses, it is crucial to establish a system that maintains detailed logs of driver assignments, including time stamps of when they clock in and out.

In the unfortunate event of an incident, having access to detailed, reliable records is vital for quick and effective investigations. Moreover, maintaining such logs can help prevent potential safety hazards by ensuring that drivers adhere to designated schedules and routes, minimizing oversight.

Many other transportation offices have implemented similar log-keeping systems with great success, improving trust between parents and school transportation providers.
