WHAT IS AT SAKE?

If this DOES NOT CHANGE it would be purposeless for anyone to pursue their GOALS because EMPLOYERS only care about our years of EXPERIENCE in a field. They don’t care about all the work and time it took for us to get licensure/certifications regardless of skills obtained during schooling & externships. 
 
WHY IS NOW THE TIME TO ACT?

NOW is the time to act to ensure that ALL CANDIDATES GET A FAIR CHANCE AT EMPLOYMENT REGARDLESS OF “YEARS OF EXPERIENCE!
