We, the residents of Amravati and the Vidarbha region, respectfully request the Government of India, the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Airports Authority of India, the Maharashtra Airport Development Company, and airlines to start direct commercial flight services between Amravati (Belora Airport) and Bengaluru.

Bengaluru is one of India’s largest hubs for IT, business, education, healthcare, and startups. Thousands of people from Amravati and nearby districts travel there every month for employment, higher education, business meetings, medical treatment, and family visits. At present, passengers have to travel to Nagpur, Pune, or Hyderabad to board a flight, resulting in additional travel time, inconvenience, and higher costs.

Introducing a direct Amravati–Bengaluru flight will:

* Reduce travel time and expenses for passengers.
* Improve connectivity for IT professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and tourists.
* Promote investment, trade, and economic development in the Vidarbha region.
* Increase passenger traffic and utilization of Amravati (Belora) Airport.
* Strengthen regional air connectivity under the Government of India’s UDAN initiative.

We sincerely request the concerned authorities to conduct a route feasibility assessment and introduce at least three to four flights per week initially. If passenger demand grows, the service can be expanded to daily operations.

We appeal to all citizens, professionals, students, business owners, and public representatives to support this petition by signing and sharing it.

Together, we can make direct air connectivity between Amravati and Bengaluru a reality.
