Since most of the immigrants in Canada are from Amritsar and nearby areas. and that's the only international airport located in Punjab. while travelling from Canada to India, we have to face a lot of difficulties in timing and waiting and domestic transfer. Everytime we have to travel through the capital of the country and while coming from India to Canada, the domestic flights aren't that reliable by which we have to travel by road. If we purchase the connecting flight, that would increase the price of the ticket by double and thus hard for the middle class to buy it.

           Youngsters still can travel through these difficulties but for their Parents and grandparents, it is like going to the other universe. In the coming future, it is obvious that all young immigrants want their parents to visit them. We request you to sign the petition so that air canada or air india can take action and start a direct flight. As it would be a relief for us as it lessen the tension of us and more helpful for our parents.
