Stark County MRDD Board of Developmental Disabilities and Judge Judy Parks: Release my two mentally handicapped siblings back into my fathers custody.

The Issue

My 65 year old father has been taking care of his children for over 33 years now. He has been a phenomenal father to all of us with no complaints or criminal record up until the day of the incident. March 17, 2011, my brother and sister, Bobby Davis Jr. and Tynika Davis were legally removed from his custody. He was then notified that there had been a complaint of gross sexual disposition against him. Later, he found out that when he took my brother Bobby Jr. to a doctors appointment that a nurse had accused my father of wrongfully touching him. My brother and sister are mentally handicapped, so when my father was at the doctors office, he checked his brief to see if he needed to be changed which is the moment that the nurse thought he was fondling my brother. Somehow, later on it was added that my father was seen "french kissing" my brother. My father has always been a very affectionate person and treated us all as if we were still his babies but never was there a point in time that he would "french kiss" us or touch us in any wrongful matter. Bobby Davis Jr. is also unable to speak, therefore, he can not deny such bogus allegations. So, my father was arrested and eventually brought to trial. After being brought in front of the grand jury, ten minutes into deliberation, they came to the conclusion that he was NOT GUILTY. Still not allowed to even see his two mentally handicapped children due to the allegations and lies of the MRDD Board of Developmental Disabilities. Judge Judy Parks, of Stark County, decided that it was in their best interest that my brother and sister stay with the MRDD Board despite the ruling of the grand jury. My sister, Tynieka Davis, is very verbal and traumatized by this whole ordeal. She wants to come home! She has shown this in many ways and due to the fact that she gets so emotional they have discontinued visits from any family whatsoever. I am asking for help with my petition or case to so that the Stark County MRDD Board of Developmental Disabilities will release Tynieka and Bobby Davis Jr. back into the custody of my father Bobby Davis Sr.
How many more families have Judge Judy Parks broken up due to her own personal biases and selfish decisions because the facts truly show that they should be at home with their family?!?!
If anyone can help in anyway other than signing this petition, please call (330)814-1672
