During the Halloween of 2019 Wrigley Company (Mars Inc.) owner and producer of Starburst has falsely advertised assorted flavors in the fun size packaging to have assorted flavors. In addition, evidence suggests the all pink strawberry flavor product has been mislabeled as the assorted flavor products. The legitimacy of this error remains in question as Starburst has failed to respond to multiple complaints on social media of this issue.

Failure to acknowledge this error continues to harm consumers through continued false advertising of the single flavor strawberry product with the assorted flavor packaging. Consumers impacted by this blatant error require public acknowledgement of the error to prevent additional defraudment and may have grounds which shows individuals are entitled to a refund.
