As walmart employees we are impacted everyday by hostile customers that feel that they could cuss us out and physically and mentally abuse us..and as employees we are not allowed to defend ourselves because we are afraid of being fired, but it’s not right that customers can come in and physically abuse us without any consequences! As an employee it makes me feel unsafe, when it should be a safe and friendly environment. Overall us employees feel the need that now is the time to stand up for ourselves and speak out because after years of not being able to defend and protect ourselves it’s became very overwhelming and stressful coming into work everyday worrying if we are going to be scolded and attacked by customers.
