We, the undersigned, stand united with our esteemed colleague, Dr. Kaitlin Stockton. 

We fully support Dr. Stockton's dedication to advocating for high-quality patient care, as well as a safe and respectful workplace for healthcare providers. 

Our commitment remains steadfast in advocating for patient safety, timely emergency care, and adequate care spaces. Further, we require a workplace that is free from physical and psychological harm, including harassment, bullying, and scapegoating of individuals. 

Transparency and accountability from Canadian health authorities are essential. As we have done through our previous advocacy efforts, we continue to call upon Canadian health authorities to uphold these principles for the well-being of both patients and healthcare professionals.
