Unfortunately, Big Polluters and their allies in Congress are doing everything they can to undermine President Obama’s climate leadership and the growing momentum for an international agreement. They are trying to block the EPA’s Clean Power Plan that sets the first ever national standard to reduce carbon pollution from power plants, and they even held an entire hearing just to grill U.S. Special Envoy for Climate Change Todd Stern, the lead U.S. Climate Negotiator.
