To the Honorable Members of the United States Congress,

 

As concerned citizens of the United States of America, we are urgently calling upon you to take immediate action in defense of liberty, democracy, and human rights — not abroad in distant lands, but right across our northern border.

 

The Canadian federal government has abandoned the democratic values we once celebrated together.

 

Over the past decade, Canada has experienced a rapid descent into centralized authoritarianism. Canadians now face:

 • Censorship of independent media and online speech

 • Political targeting of dissidents and protesters

 • Bank account seizures and digital surveillance without due process

 • Collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party’s military on Canadian soil

 • Euthanasia of the mentally ill, disabled, and impoverished — and proposals to extend it to children

 • Suppression of religious freedoms and parental rights

 • Violation of multiple international treaties, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights

 

Most Canadians did not vote for this. They do not consent. And they cannot stop it. Their elections are manipulated by foreign interference, their institutions are captured, and their protests are met with police batons, frozen bank accounts, and media smears.

 

Canada is no longer governed by the will of the people. It is governed by unelected elites, foreign actors, and corporate-state collusion.

 

This is not a partisan issue. It is a human one.

 

We, the undersigned, ask that Congress:

 1. Hold public hearings to investigate Canada’s violations of human rights treaties and democratic norms.

 2. Condemn the Canadian federal government’s collaboration with authoritarian regimes like the CCP.

 3. Affirm that the people of Canada — not their current regime — remain allies and friends of the United States.

 4. Support Canadian regions or provinces that seek sovereignty, democracy, and alignment with constitutional governance.

 5. Establish a North American Freedom Caucus to monitor and respond to rising authoritarianism across the continent.

 

We cannot wait until the damage is irreversible. We cannot assume freedom will return on its own. And we cannot ignore the cries of our neighbors.

 

We ask you, as our elected representatives and defenders of liberty, to stand with the people of Canada.

 

We may have separate borders — but we share a destiny as free nations.
