Austinburg and your fellow residents, we're coming to you with our own petition to STAND TALL WITH THE CORNER BAR.  It has been brought to our attention, the negative comments and false information being portrayed to all of you, which holds very little to no truths. Bill and Tammie Moody purchased this bar in December of 2024. With new owners, came new management. We have all worked together to make The Corner Bar a fun, and safe establishment. Our staff follows all laws. From asking for identification to prove age, to constant monitoring of cameras, cutting people off, not serving people at all, kicking people out, reporting any illicit things going on. Whatever the case, our staff follows all rules and laws. We are a bar. Yes we serve alcohol, but we do it responsibly. We are sorry that there is noise late at night. That comes with being the ONLY bar open. Being the only bar open at this time, this is where everyone flocks to. With large crowds comes problems, out of our control. We can only do so much, and that's our best. Our bartenders deal with a lot daily and they handle their bar wonderfully. We do not allow overserving, serving underage, condone any drug use or fighting, and we've never had a report of sexual assault at our establishment. There is false information being provided to you. We have worked hard to change The Corner Bar. This bar is many peoples livelihood. Our staff takes care of their families with this job. To try and shut us down with things that are false and sometimes out of our control is cruel. So we're asking you to sign this petition in support of The Corner Bar and its staff!
