University of Guelph’s Central Student Association is meant to represent ALL UofG students. It is meant to create a safe space that upholds equity, inclusion, and respect for all. Instead, the voting members of CSA’s Board of Directors have now put out an abhorrent statement siding with Zionism and spreading misinformation, hate, and mistrust. This is dangerous for the overall student body. 

Please sign this petition and make your voice heard. We stand against Zionism, against the violence being perpetrated upon trapped Palestinian civilians, and against the spreading of propaganda and misinformation. A university is a center for education and innovation. CSA accounts are NOT platforms for the display of personal religious and political beliefs. PROTEST against the misuse of CSA’s voting power. Sign the petition and represent yourself, since the board won’t do it for you.
