Sadly I feel that many people are content with the Live Sheep Export phase out and feel we don’t need to be as proactive, we need to be louder than before, we achieved a major milestone, we CAN and we WILL END ALL LIVE ANIMAL EXPORTS!

Australia exports 100,000’s Bovines each year, while we don’t see as many images of them suffering they suffer in different ways. Israel Against Live Shipments show photos and videos of our cattle arriving with horns torn, bulging eyes, cuts that have and still are bleeding considerably.

The methods in which they’re killed is evil, sledgehammered, tendons slashed, eyes gouged out, chilli’s placed in their eyes and then there are methods I cannot bring myself to write here.
We are told the abattoirs are better now but we were told sheep were better treated, we were told sheep weren’t sold off the dock, we were told these abattoirs were approved by ESCAS, well we know everything we’ve been told is 1/2 truths and even then, I’d argue that they were blatant lies. Tell the public what they’d like to hear).

So we still need to keep the pressure up, we need to protect the current phase out legislation and we need for the Anthony Albanese government to INCLUDE all animals in the phase out.

We need to start reminding our Labor politicians that if they are serious about reducing the abuse, they MUST include all animals in the Live Sheep Export phase out and this needs to be spoken about prior to the election.

I am still willing to take a bus to Canberra, however I’ve thought more about it and I think it would be better if people paid a $30 deposit if they want to go. 
I will reimburse your deposit on the day if you go, but if I’m paying $2000 - $3000 I need to know without a doubt these people are going. If you don’t turn up, you forfeit the deposit.
I’m sure people can understand where I’m coming from. So with that said, if you’re definitely going please email me and we can work it out, but I need to know numbers asap and the deposit will need to be paid by the 10th of September. 
I have some other things in the pipeline, hopefully these will all be sorted soon and I can let everyone know what the plan is to make Live Animal Export more widely advertised. The banner idea will probably be scrapped, only 1 person contacted me about a banner so I’ve thought of other things to get more people to Stand Against Live Animal Exports.
