Our school has created a completely inappropriate time table for exam years. The problems are as follows: 

• One hour exams where not enough time is given to exam questions e.g English comparative question which takes 1hr 15 in the leaving cert is allotted only 1hr to come into the room and prepare for the exam. In essence 55 minutes is given to a 1hr 15 question. 
  
  
• Classes are going on during our exam week. This is extremely stressful and makes no sense at all. We could have a language class right before our mathematics exam where we are not allowed to study for the coming exam. This adds an extra unnecessary amount of stress on students in exam years. 
  
  
• Christmas exams are supposed to be the first trial before mock exams where we get an understanding and feel for the exam Centre setting however the exams are not the length of actual exams, which is a mistake, and the exams are during regular class times. 
  
  

the students are at an unfair disadvantage and this needs to change. Please sign this petition in hopes that we get a change from management.
