Asaiah was born on July 21, 2020. At 6mo old on January 27, 2021 about 6PM, while in the care of his father and paternal grandmother, he was found unresponsive in a pile of dirty laundry and pronounced dead on arrival at Memorial Hospital South Bend, IN.
No arrests have been made in connection to this case..

How does a 6mo old, healthy baby die under these circumstances and they decide the cause of death is UNDETERMINED?

How is no one being held responsible?

This baby was not found in his crib.
He was in a pile of dirty laundry..
WITH INTERNAL INJURIES!

At 6 mo he had to be able to lift his head to cry. Where was everybody at 5:30,6 pm to not hear his cries?

How did he get to the pile of laundry?
HOW DOES A 6MO OLD HAVE INTERNAL INJURIES????

The bottom line is that he would still be here if the person responsible for him wasn't in the very least, negligent.

He's been gone as long as he was alive now. It's time for the truth to come out.

People need to know this happened and be outraged because even though they act like he didn't exist, HE MATTERS!

No one is being held accountable in this entirely preventable death of a beautiful, healthy 6mo old baby boy...

Why?!

The South Bend police press release acknowledges 'previous internal injuries' but this family is yet to receive justice, let alone answers.
