Hygiene products are necessary for men and women and should be included in all bathrooms free of charge.  Menstruations is something that occurs naturally and we should be have access to these items while using the restroom. Hygiene products should be made available to all bathrooms because it is not just females that menstruator, there are men that menstruator as well. 

We all know someone who has been in the restroom and has needed a hygiene product, but does not have one on them.  Sure, there quarter machines that are in some restrooms, but not all restrooms have them.  And on top of that, not everyone keeps a quarter or change on them. 

Providing these products is not only the right thing to do, but it is ensuring healthy practices for all. We as college students can be under a lot of financial stress and this would help ensure that all college students would receive the hygiene products they may need in an emergency situation.
