On April 2, 2020 Professor Jamal Toure announced that he is leaving Savannah State University. After being a professor at the institution for years, it is with deep regret that he has decided to leave. Professor Toure is not only a world renowned activist, but the Savannah community itself has recognized and admired all that he has done. 

Savannah State University administration has the power to #KeepToureAtSSU. All that it takes is a simple ear to listen & take heed. Future tigers are depending on the wise words and lessons from Professor Toure.
