The SSM Corporation is trying to close down our local family medicine/walk in clinic that has been serving over 10,000 patients, both local & tourists for 15+ years. The closure is set to take place on December 30th of 2021. The SSM Corporation has only given everyone a 6 weeks notice.

This sudden closure has completely blindsided both patients and staff, leaving everyone feeling very distraught. The healthcare providers and staff are all being displaced & please note that this is all happening during the holiday season. This is due to the SSM Corporation being solely focused on profits instead of the excellent patient care that has been provided by the amazing health care providers & staff at our clinic.

If our clinic closes, this will drastically impact our community. You do not have to be personally affected to sign this petition. We welcome all who care to support our clinic and put a stop this injustice. Our options are very limited as we only have a couple more weeks to make sure our voices are heard. 

By signing this petition, you are supporting the amazing healthcare providers and staff as well as the patients that are in need of these healthcare providers. The only way to change something is to say something & make sure your voice is heard. Injustice anywhere is a threat of injustice everywhere. It could be your healthcare provider next.
