SR Homeowners: STOP ABSOLUTE CONTROL by Sendera Ranch HOA Managment

The Issue

NO TO AMENDING Sendera Ranch CC&Rs Section 10.09 Fences and Walls!

The board votes Tues 7/9/24 to give themselves control over our fences, walls and related repairs “in its sole and absolute discretion.”

We, the homeowners of real property in Sendera Ranch, OBJECT to the proposed amendment of Section 10.09 Fences and Walls of the CC&Rs by the SBB Community Management on behalf of the Board of Directors for Sendera Ranch Master & Single-Family Homeowners Association, Inc.

The SBB Community Management on behalf of the Board of Directors for Sendera Ranch Master & Single-Family Homeowners Association, Inc., proposes to amend Section 10.09 Fences and Walls of the CC&Rs as follows:

“In order to prolong the life of wood fences and to maintain the visual integrity of the community, all wood fences shall be stained with one of the following acceptable semi-transparent stain colors: Clear, Natural Cedar, Honey Gold Cedar or Natural Redwood semi-transparent stain, within twenty-four (24) months of completion of construction of the wood fence. All fences shall be maintained in good repair and like new condition, as determined by the Architectural Review Committee in its sole and absolute discretion, and Owners shall perform all maintenance and repairs to fences determined by the Architectural Review Committee to be necessary to comply with the maintenance standard for fences, including staining or re-staining of wood fences.”

WE SPECIFICALLY OBJECT TO THIS AMENDMENT BY AFFIXING OUR SIGNATURES BELOW AND REQUEST THE SBB Community Management on behalf of the Board of Directors for Sendera Ranch Master & Single-Family Homeowners Association, Inc., reconsider and retract its proposal permanently.
