Sprint: Stop charging $10 Premium Data Fee or deploy LTE in San Diego!
Since 2009, customer service representatives and store representatives have been misleading customers promising WiMaX/LTE to us San Diego customers who pay an extra $10 premium data charge for spotty and slow 3G service. Being such a large city, we do deserve to have a date as to when LTE will be coming to us. We do need to stop paying premium data fees for sub-par data service. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 4G LTE for the blazing speed that was advertised, but I can't use the features advertised because Sprint doesn't provide that in San Diego but I still get charged $10.
