As many people know kidnapping is illegal but hardly anyone does something about it. Every 40 seconds a child is kidnapped in the U.S., with %15 to %20 of kidnappings being adults. Most kidnappings are 11 years old, meaning that the intentions of the kidnapper could be worse than they already were. Thats a few of the never-ending reasons that kidnapping awareness needs to be increased.
