Splendora High School has multiple issues that the administrators need to see and resolve. These issues affect everyone, but not everyone realizes just how bad things are. 

Our Goals:

• Reevaluate funding for school extracurricular and academic departments. The current funding for these departments seems unbalanced and should be equalized.
• Reevaluate dress-code. The current dress code is overly harsh, sexist, and hypocritical. It slut-shames women for having a body, doesn't genuinely prepare people for the real world, and stifles individuality. Not to mention, most kids buy what they can find and afford; they don't make their clothes, let alone make them according to the school dress code.
• Many of the staff are overworked and have a lot relying on them, and when they can't accomplish a task, it negatively impacts them and any students involved. This definitely needs to be looked into and resolved.
• Many classes, extracurriculars, staff, and students don't receive enough support or recognition from anyone of a higher power. For a school 'all about growth" and "more than a score," they don't seem to really live up to their words.
