This petition was created to show our community support for a splash pad in Riverside Park, Buffalo, NY, 14207.

On Wednesday, August 10th, 2022, the BRRAlliance will meet at 5:30pm to discuss Riverside Park. At the meeting we want to propose the community support to the Buffalo Olmstead Parks Conservancy, around a splash pad being built where the existing baby pool is located. (70 Crowley Ave., Buffalo, NY, 14207)

The more support we have for the splash pad, the better.

Having a splash pad available to our community would be beneficial to all our residents and visitors. The splash pad would give children the opportunity to play outside, even with the heat indexes we see in the Buffalo summers.

By adding a splash pad to Riverside Park, it would eliminate the need for lifeguards on location. Parents/Guardians must always supervise their own child/children while utilizing the splash pad.

If you are in support for the splash pad, then please sign this petition to have it considered by Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy and seen as a top priority for our community.
