We, the undersigned residents of Perrywood Community, are requesting the installation of speed humps on **Whistling Duck Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD – Nearing the Oak Grove Rd. intersection** to address the increasing problem of speeding vehicles and the growing volume of traffic. It has become increasingly dangerous for pedestrians, cyclists, children, and even drivers to navigate this road due to frequent speeding over 30 miles per hour.

Speed humps will not only slow down traffic but also enhance the safety of everyone in our community, particularly near homes and where children play and wait for school bus transport. We believe this is a critical measure to:
