This petition demands that the Spirit Pilot’s Association Master Executive Council of the Airline Pilot’s Association will not accept nor ratify any new agreement with Spirit Airlines without including full 100% retroactive pay for all membership from the amendable date of August 1, 2015. The names listed on this petition are all members in good standing. The purpose of this petition is to show support for a fair and equitable contract that rewards all SPA pilots despite continued delays by Spirit Airlines to achieve a fair contract. Through the requirement of 100% retroactive pay rates, Spirit Airlines gains nothing financially for any further delays in our contract negotiations and will encourage bargaining in good faith in a more expeditious manner as we move forward.
