    For Over Four Centuries, Freedmen and Indigenous Black Descendants of U.S. Chattel Slavery Endured Forced Labor, Land Theft, Racial Violence, Legalized Exclusion, and the Systematic Erasure of Identity, Wealth, and Opportunity—Under the Authority of State and Federal Governments.

This Petition Seeks Lawful Reparations, Restoration, Restitution, and Reclassification from the Southern States of America and the Federal Government for harms that were Deliberate, Documented, and State-sanctioned—and which continue to Produce Measurable Disparities Today.

Reparations are not Symbolic. They are a Recognized Remedy Under the U.S. and International Law when Governments caused Mass Harm. This Petition calls for Targeted Repair for a Specific People harmed in a Specific Place, during a Specific Period, by Specific Laws.
