Sam Harris is the head of Project Reason. As you can see, the organization promotes hate against Muslims. I see many similarities with Donald Trump's anti-Arab semitism with Sam Harris and his organization. He defended torture and profiling of anybody who look like Muslims (which is people of Middle Eastern or South Asian descent; Sikhs are definitely targeted). In addition, he promote anti-immigration rhetoric with Syrian refugees. His atheist fundamentalism has gone too far with his support for neoconservative propaganda and Western Chauvinism. As a result, I think the SPLC should recognize Project Reason as a hate group and Sam Harris as a leader of a hate group.
