We, the undersigned are concerned with the Non-Meandered Waters Final Draft Legislation brought forward from the Legislative Summer Study. There were no sportsmen or conservation groups represented in this "compromise". The Summer Study committee was not a fair and equal-weighted group comprised of mainly agricultural special interests lawmakers.

The proposed bill brought forward surrenders the "trustee" status which is the fiduciary responsibility of our Legislators to protect public natural resources for benefit of all people following the common laws of Public Trust Doctrine.

We do not support the current legislation as drafted without amendments and fair & equal treatment.
